Sales Manager – Power Stability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Drive and secure business within the Power Stability sector for transmission, distribution, power generation utilities, and developers.

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects while fostering customer relationships through the successful closure of deals.

• Market solutions that facilitate the integration of higher levels of renewable energy into the grid.

• Establish and nurture connections with TSOs/DSOs, regulators, utilities, IPPs, and partners to influence plans and procurement processes.

• Address the entire range of business development in emerging markets and successfully finalize multi-million-dollar contracts.

• Contribute to the Power Conversion and Storage North America order objectives within a strategically expanding business segment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• A degree in electrical, electromechanical, or a comparable engineering field is highly preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in sales and/or business development within technology, energy, or a similar sector.

• Familiarity with medium-voltage power conversion technology, including power electronics and electrical rotating machinery.

• A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to transform customer needs into lucrative business solutions.

• Strategic mindset with the capacity to convert business development challenges into avenues for growth.

• Self-motivated with a collaborative and consistent “can-do” attitude throughout the entire business cycle.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse and remote team settings.

• Experience in functional or matrix leadership and leading through influence.

• Openness to travel as per business requirements.
