Sales Manager – IT Security, SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be promoting a PIAM platform (Physical Identity & Access Management) as a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering.

• Your role involves identifying and cultivating new opportunities within organizations that have intricate IT and security needs.

• You will engage with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, security officers, and compliance managers.

• You are accountable for managing the entire sales process, from initial discussions to contract finalization.

• You will handle complex RFPs and negotiate deals to ensure successful closure.

• You will continually nurture and expand relationships with existing customers.

• You will identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our SaaS and platform offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in software or solution sales, preferably in physical security or SaaS.

• You possess the ability to comprehend complex customer needs and effectively position the appropriate solution.

• Experience in engaging with senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs, and security personnel.

• A confident demeanor and strong negotiation abilities, particularly in intricate procurement scenarios.

• Business-fluent in German with proficient English language skills.

• A strong affinity for IT and a genuine interest in identity management and physical security.

• Preferred: experience in selling PIAM, physical security, or Identity & Access Management solutions.
