Sales Manager – GDPR, AI Act Compliance SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients throughout the European Union.

• Independently develop and oversee a sales pipeline.

• Showcase DPO-One’s SaaS solution to businesses facing challenges with GDPR, data privacy, and AI Act compliance.

• Interact with stakeholders and decision-makers to generate interest and secure management support.

• Conduct product introductions, presentations, and demonstrations as required.

• Assess client requirements and present the solution in a consultative manner.

• Assist in formulating the go-to-market strategy for GDPR and AI Act compliance applications.

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance sales messaging and marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, compliance-related sales, or technology sales.

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

• Capability to engage with management-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Interest in or familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, AI regulation, or compliance issues.

• Comfortable working remotely and effectively managing your own sales responsibilities.

• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional European languages is a significant advantage.

• Must be based in the European Union.
