This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Possess the ability and enthusiasm to recruit, nurture, and lead individuals to foster a culture of success.
• Facilitate training and development for each Sales Representative.
• Mentor Sales Representatives to meet revenue goals.
• Assess individual requirements, establish objectives, and formulate a training plan to deliver necessary skills.
• Compose and conduct performance evaluations and action plans.
• Successfully establish and execute sales practices, which include selecting, training, motivating, compensating, evaluating, structuring, and setting goals for high-performing sales teams.
• Exhibit a high degree of professionalism both internally and externally, offering solutions to challenges in a constructive and professional manner.
• Engage in a collaborative approach to business, working cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives.
• Maintain a high level of follow-up both externally and internally.
• Demonstrate strong financial understanding related to forecasting, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial insights.
• Participate in planning sessions, monthly forecasting meetings, and lead weekly sales meetings with Sales Representatives.
• Exhibit a high level of proficiency in effectively utilizing CRM as a sales tool.
• Skilled in presenting to both small and large audiences, whether in person, via conference call, or in web-enabled environments using PowerPoint and other technologies.
• Proficiency is characterized by being a clear, concise, error-free, yet persuasive spoken and written communicator.
• Attend and assign necessary sales personnel to trade shows, conferences, and client meetings while adhering to an annual travel and entertainment budget.
• Actively engage in and lead internal meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other members of the sales leadership team to align strategies or directions concerning the organization's overall goals.
• Show a high level of intellectual curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and a pursuit of knowledge while being self-motivated and driven.
• Ability to articulate and communicate the value of Clover's products to accounts, prospects, and team members.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent work-related experience).
• 3-5 years of recent sales experience in education or healthcare sales with a proven history of creating a sales plan, effectively prioritizing tasks, and executing a sales strategy to drive results while consistently meeting quarterly and annual quotas.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel to client locations, corporate training sessions, and tradeshows approximately 20% of the time.
