Sales Management – Adjunct Faculty – Online

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Lead weekly primary discussion forums to actively engage students in the online learning environment.

• Comply with weekly grading standards, deadlines, and schedules.

• Address students’ inquiries and emails within specified timeframes.

• Set a positive example for students by upholding the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

• Instruct Sales Management courses for the online campus.

• Assist students in formulating sales management strategies that align with their company’s mission, vision, and values.

• Enhance student understanding of revenue forecasting, cost budgeting, sales-force recruitment and hiring, and compensation programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales is necessary.

• A PhD/DBA in Management is preferred.

• An MBA is necessary if the doctorate is not in a business-related field.

• Unofficial transcripts for relevant conferred graduate degrees must be submitted.

• Relevant licenses and certifications should be attached.

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including a background check, is required.
