This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The main emphasis is on recruiting, activating, and overseeing a network of commercial partners.

• The goal is to enhance B2B and network customer acquisition, utilizing SolarGrid's infrastructure to provide genuine savings on energy bills without necessitating any investment from the end customer.

• Identify and onboard new commercial partners, whether they are individuals or companies.

• Offer both technical and commercial assistance to empower the partner network in converting opportunities.

• Oversee the sales pipeline, from initial bill analysis to the final contract signing.

• Engage directly in strategic negotiations for medium and large clients sourced through the channels.

• Ensure that operations are fully compliant with Law 14.300 and ANEEL regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in consultative sales or channel management.

• Preferred: prior experience or an established network in the subscription-based energy market (Distributed Generation - DG).

• Capability to recognize opportunities across various sectors (real estate, integrators, consultancies).

• Strong analytical skills to interpret energy bills and evaluate the feasibility of projects exceeding 300 kWh.

• Proactive attitude with a keen focus on achieving targets and broadening market presence.
