• Exhibit self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization.

• Maintain a professional appearance and actively engage in all scheduled sales meetings and training sessions conducted via Microsoft Teams Meetings.

• Must possess basic technical skills to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous sales experience is required.

• Active state real estate license (if mandated in the state of residence).

• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
