This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the onboarding and training process for all new SDR recruits in a BPO/call center sales setting.
• Design, create, and continually enhance sales training and enablement programs, which include onboarding, product knowledge, sales methodologies, and performance improvement modules.
• Develop structured work modules and training materials within a Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
• Guide, coach, and mentor SDRs and team leads to enhance performance, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to build, manage, and uphold lead lists.
• Ensure SDRs receive training in lead management, outreach sequencing, and best practices for CRM usage.
• Work alongside sales leadership to align training initiatives with performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement and refine operational processes, workflows, and sales enablement automations.
• Track SDR performance metrics and offer targeted coaching and retraining as necessary.
• Act as a subject matter expert on sales development best practices within a BPO context.
• Previous experience in a sales management, supervisory, or team lead position within a BPO, call center, or high-volume sales environment.
• Proven track record in training, coaching, and managing SDR or inside sales teams.
• Strong comprehension of sales development roles, outbound prospecting, and lead management.
• Demonstrated capability to create well-structured training programs, work modules, and enablement materials.
• Operationally adept with the ability to design, adhere to, and enforce repeatable processes.
• High degree of technical proficiency and comfort in utilizing LMS platforms, CRMs, and sales tools.
• Must have prior experience in a fully remote work environment, be proficient with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with companies based in the US or UK.
