This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create, design, and manage a repository of sales-oriented content, including pitch decks, capability overviews, one-pagers, case studies, service descriptions, and email templates.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and practice leaders to craft original thought leadership and client-ready narratives that set Connor Consulting apart in the marketplace.
• Update and customize existing materials for specific industries, buyer personas, and various stages of the sales cycle.
• Ensure version control, taxonomy, and ease of access for content within the sales enablement library to facilitate quick retrieval for the team.
• Oversee the complete development of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs—coordinating contributors, managing the writing process, and delivering a polished, on-brand final product.
• Develop and maintain a curated library of approved RFx responses, boilerplate text, bios, and qualifications to streamline future proposal assembly.
• Manage the RFx process: lead kickoff meetings, assign content, conduct internal reviews, verify compliance with RFx requirements, and ensure final production.
• Continuously enhance win-themes, executive summaries, and proposal templates based on feedback from sales, clients, and post-pursuit discussions.
• Collaborate across functions with sales, marketing, delivery, and leadership to identify new content needs and prioritize the development pipeline.
• Educate the sales team on utilizing new content, positioning key messages, and customizing materials for their discussions.
• Monitor content usage and proposal outcomes; leverage this data to refine our production and deployment strategies.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, marketing content, or a closely related field—preferably within professional services, consulting, or B2B.
• Proven experience in writing and managing RFP, RFI, or proposal responses from initiation to final submission.
• Outstanding business writing and editing abilities, with a knack for translating technical or complex subjects into clear, compelling prose.
• Strong project management skills: adept at handling multiple deadlines, coordinating contributors, and advancing work without ongoing supervision.
• Proficient with standard sales enablement and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, HubSpot or similar CRM, SharePoint, content management systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience.
