This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Execute high-volume cold calling (over 300 dials per day) to create new business opportunities
• Independently source leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required)
• Research and identify target accounts within the cybersecurity, technology, and AI industries
• Qualify leads through exploratory conversations and needs assessments
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Keep CRM records and pipeline updates accurate
• Regularly achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Work collaboratively with sales leadership to enhance outreach and targeting strategies
• 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or outbound sales positions
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume cold calling environments
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (non-negotiable)
• Strong expertise in lead sourcing and lead qualification
• Exceptional communication and objection-handling abilities
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-performance setting
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient individual

• Experience in Cybersecurity, SaaS, AI, or B2B technology sales
• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot
