This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Handle sales transactions of moderate complexity, including validating contracts and reviewing purchase orders.
• Oversee and prioritize support tickets submitted by the sales team.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure precision in deal configuration.
• Recognize and highlight inefficiencies or obstacles in processes.
• Keep Salesforce updated with precise deal and contract information.
• Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural values as we expand globally and establish new offices.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or related fields.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong focus on detail and consistency in executing processes.
• Demonstrated capability to handle repetitive tasks within a fast-paced setting.
