Sales Compliance Specialist, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in detecting and analyzing fraudulent activities and compliance challenges through the assessment of interactions.

• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify and report significant trends affecting customer experiences and business objectives.

• Leverage voice analytics software to identify specific types of calls and generate customized views that enhance business performance.

• Execute comprehensive and precise audits of customer interactions and Expert performance by utilizing various lead generation tools, including machine learning models.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in a related field is required.

• At least 6 months of prior experience in compliance, fraud, legal, sales, customer service, quality, or a similar area is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Power BI is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
