Sales Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate sales behavior trends in call center, in-home, and in-store engagements.

• Assess potential compliance risks and communicate findings to internal leadership.

• Analyze customer interactions and compile data for actionable insights.

• Detect and monitor fraudulent activities and compliance concerns through interaction assessments.

• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses of trends impacting customer experiences and business objectives.

• Utilize voice analytics software to identify specific call types and develop custom views.

• Participate in ad hoc analytics and inspection projects that support business initiatives.

• Review customer interactions and Expert performance leveraging lead-generation tools such as machine learning models.

• Address ad hoc requests from Compliance leadership for supporting teams and departments.

• Summarize findings through both verbal and written communication.

• Develop visual reports and data narratives.

• Uphold Core Values and Leadership Principles.

• Strong language comprehension along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in maintaining productivity with minimal direct supervision.

• Analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset with creative thinking.

• Technical proficiency and eagerness to learn.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.

• At least 6 months of experience in compliance, fraud, legal, sales, customer service, quality, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting all performance metrics.

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts at a computer workstation.

• Overtime may be necessary based on business requirements.
