Sales Center Agent, Bilingual French Canadian – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming sales calls from clients; assess their storage requirements and suggest a suitable storage unit.

• Capable of addressing any objections to secure a reservation for a storage unit or facilitate the rental process over the phone.

• Assist current customers by responding to inquiries, processing payments, and addressing any issues.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations.

• Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative objectives.

• Execute tasks assigned by Supervisor(s).

• Bilingual in French Canadian and English.

• Skillful in building relationships, both internally and externally.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
