Sales Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide inbound first-level assistance to current customers

• Offer technical support for television, telephone, and internet-related issues

• Conduct needs-based product consultations and optimize contracts

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment

• Preferably possess experience in technical support for Vodafone

• At least 1 year of sales experience required

• Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets

• Must be able to maintain dependable working hours

• No secondary employment permitted

• Excellent proficiency in German (C1 level)

• Must reside in Germany
