Sales Assistant, Telesales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service and sales support through phone, WhatsApp, and email—both outbound and inbound.

• Identify new customers and work to reactivate those who have been inactive.

• Create commercial proposals and engage in follow-up negotiations.

• Offer after-sales assistance and oversee the customer portfolio.

• Track sales metrics and performance targets.

• Completion of high school education.

• Proven experience in sales and prospecting through phone communication (both outbound and inbound).

• Prior experience in sales and customer service within a call center setting.

• Strong organizational skills and discipline for managing a customer portfolio.

• Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Excel.
