This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct market intelligence and qualification of potential clients with a focus on pre-sales.
• Perform strategic research: Utilize pre-contracted intelligence platforms to actively research and compile lists of companies (leads) that align closely with the company's strategic vision and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Manage CRM data: Enter, clean, and enhance extracted data within the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and accurate lead segmentation so that Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) can commence prospecting effectively.
• Support SDRs: Guarantee that the Sales Development Representatives' pipeline is consistently supplied with high-quality data and an adequate number of leads.
• Conduct analysis and reporting: Extract, consolidate, and present essential reports and metrics on prospecting performance, including contacts made, data inputs, completed tasks, and preliminary qualification results.
• Provide support for tactical sales management.
• Participate in meetings: Actively engage in weekly Sales meetings by offering operational insights, presenting pipeline reports, and suggesting enhancements to prospecting and data-handling processes.
• A degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• Preferably possess experience in marketing companies, consulting firms, or organizations focused on growth.
• Experience with the use and management of data within CRM systems.
• Advantageous: Familiarity with sales intelligence and lead generation platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
