This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Engage with prospective applicants and provide thorough, individualized follow-up until their final enrollment in our programs.
• Collaborate with the dedicated program selection team.
• Assist candidates in preparing their application materials.
• Suggest financing options to candidates in conjunction with the contracting and billing team.
• Participate in and/or present candidates to selection committees.
• Manage follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, email communications, and social media outreach.
• Organize and participate in promotional events for programs (such as webinars, fairs, and information sessions).
• Oversee the commercial development of the designated international program.
• Prepare regular monitoring statistics to facilitate ongoing reporting.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on various projects.
• Conduct regular monitoring of market trends and activities within your area.
• Possess a Bac+2/3-level qualification (equivalent to a two- to three-year post-secondary diploma) or have equivalent professional experience.
• Skilled in sales techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, information systems (CRM), and professional social networks.
• Fluent in English (bilingual).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Capable of working independently while also valuing teamwork.
• Strong focus on customer service (both internal and external); enjoys challenges and supporting others.
• Proactive and solution-oriented; takes initiative to enhance the visibility and appeal of the program through collaboration with cross-functional internal teams.
• 7 weeks of paid vacation and 5 RTT days annually (additional time-off days).
