This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver administrative and sales assistance to several Sales Representatives within a dynamic UK-based organization.

• Aim to alleviate the administrative workload for the sales team by overseeing quotes, ensuring CRM accuracy, coordinating follow-ups, and aiding daily sales activities.

• Prepare and distribute customer quotes utilizing pre-established templates while guaranteeing precision and prompt turnaround.

• Keep CRM records accurate and current, including pipeline stages, activities, and notes.

• Implement quote follow-ups and order chasing tasks as instructed by Sales Representatives.

• Oversee and prioritize shared sales inboxes, compose responses, and escalate urgent issues when necessary.

• Organize meetings, calendars, and scheduling needs.

• Assist in tracking the sales pipeline, reporting, and preparing sales-related documentation.

• Support with various administrative and operational tasks to aid the sales team.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling work in a fast-paced setting.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Foster a positive team environment and contribute to overarching business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a comparable role.

• Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and ensuring the maintenance of accurate records.

• Strong skills in organization, prioritization, and time management.

• Excellent attention to detail and the capability to work under tight deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proactive, responsive, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
