This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct 10 to 15 outbound calls daily to targeted educational institutions throughout Victoria.
• Present the company's staffing services and subscription model to potential clients.
• Navigate through school reception teams to connect with daily organizers, HR personnel, or business managers.
• Compose and send professional introductory and follow-up emails using pre-established company templates.
• Leverage warm leads while helping to refine outreach strategies and scripts.
• Schedule Microsoft Teams or face-to-face presentation meetings for the Director.
• Keep accurate records of contacted schools and monitor overall lead progress.
• Assist in ongoing pipeline management and track interactions with prospective schools.
• Facilitate the smooth onboarding of schools after service agreements are finalized.
• Verify school contact details through public resources and official websites.
• Monitor and report outreach activities using dedicated spreadsheets and administrative tools.
• Uphold stringent data security and confidentiality regarding school and company information.
• Proven track record in sales, outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service.
• Strong phone communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with professional stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills tailored for the Australian school networks.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet tracking.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen focus on follow-up and pipeline management.
• Capacity to work independently and efficiently manage daily outreach targets.
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or retail industries.
