This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Work alongside Account Managers to evaluate account portfolios, pinpointing whitespace opportunities, renewal risks, and targets for up-selling and cross-selling our cybersecurity solutions.
• Extract, cleanse, and format target lists and contact information from our CRM databases to ensure precise and efficient outreach for sales initiatives.
• Address reporting needs from Account Managers and sales leadership promptly, producing tailored reports to monitor pipeline health, engagement metrics, and sales performance.
• Supervise and manage automated billing procedures and recurring software licenses, guaranteeing that all scheduled invoices are generated accurately.
• Handle manual billing processes for custom recurring licensing agreements, ensuring strict adherence to negotiated contract stipulations.
• Ensure stringent data hygiene within the CRM, keeping all account details, billing contacts, and opportunity records current and precise.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales administration, sales operations, order management, or a related administrative position, ideally within the software, SaaS, or cybersecurity sector.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace applications.
• Excellent analytical abilities with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, data manipulation).
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data entry, contract examination, and processing of billing data.
• Highly organized, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with Account Managers, the Finance department, and occasionally external clients regarding billing inquiries.
