This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate input of sales data, leads, and pipeline activities.
• Create sales quotes, proposals, and contracts for the sales team.
• Process sales orders and collaborate with relevant departments to guarantee fulfillment.
• Monitor and report on sales KPIs, targets, and pipeline performance.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Assist in scheduling client meetings, demonstrations, and follow-up calls.
• Provide support to the sales team with various administrative tasks and document management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a sales support position.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional manner.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with sales processes and pipeline management is a plus.
• Matric certificate is required; a relevant diploma is preferred.
