This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and uphold the CRM (HubSpot), guaranteeing data precision, pipeline cleanliness, and current records.
• Assist the sales team with administrative duties such as contract drafting, proposal creation, and sales documentation.
• Monitor and report on essential sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance dashboards.
• Organize scheduling, follow-ups, and communication between the sales team and prospects or clients.
• Aid in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery or account management.
• Handle incoming inquiries and direct them appropriately within the sales team.
• Maintain and structure sales materials, templates, and shared resources.
• Identify and highlight process inefficiencies and aid in continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support the complete sales cycle.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Manager position.
• Practical experience with HubSpot CRM — managing pipelines, workflows, reporting, and ensuring data integrity.
• Previous remote work experience with strong proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar); candidates without prior remote experience will not be considered.
• Experience working with US or UK-based companies or clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• Background in or familiarity with the education sector (EdTech, training, e-learning, or academic services) is preferred.
• Experience supporting or leading a sales team in a senior or lead role is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools, proposal software, or document management platforms is preferred.
• Experience with CRM administration, workflow automation, or sales operations functions is preferred.
