📋 Description

• Create data solutions aimed at measuring SLAs and KPIs.

• Enhance the overall customer experience while identifying service gaps in collaboration with internal support teams.

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret results from data.

• Develop visualization and self-service tools to facilitate business data utilization.

• Gain an understanding of the long-term operations within the physician/clinic class of trade.

• Create systems, data products, and analytical tools designed to enhance customer experience.

• Improve and optimize dashboards and analytical products.

• Maintain and continually update reporting assets in response to changes in teams, SLAs, priorities, and metrics.

• Support scalable data platforms while ensuring data quality, timeliness, and reliability are not compromised.

• Assist in advanced analytics, automation, and self-service reporting across the organization.

• Facilitate quicker insight delivery and minimize reliance on a single resource.
