Safety Culture Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement training programs across all levels with prior supervision and/or ongoing oversight.

• Perform diagnostics on organizational climate and culture with prior supervision and/or oversight.

• Guide the execution and/or improvement of preventive processes in collaboration with clients, with prior supervision and/or oversight.

• Oversee client projects, keeping track of the proposed activities' schedule and evaluating the effectiveness of each initiative, with prior supervision and/or oversight.

• Produce internal and external materials necessary for daily operations, with prior supervision and/or oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full availability for travel

• At least 1 year of professional experience in organizational environments

• Intermediate proficiency in English and/or Spanish (required)

• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

• Experience in project and training management (Trello)

• Ability to create dashboards for monitoring KPIs, health, safety, and organizational climate

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint

• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
