
SaaS Sales Executive – Quest Security Management Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Generate new subscription revenue (ARR) within the German market by utilizing Quest’s Microsoft Security and SaaS-based platform solutions.
• Increase recurring revenue from existing clients through upselling, cross-selling, and fostering greater product adoption.
• Take charge of the complete SaaS sales cycle, including digital prospecting, qualification, discovery, business-case formulation, and subscription negotiations.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline that aligns with ARR objectives, ensuring precise forecasting and maintaining CRM integrity.
• Utilize product telemetry, customer insights, and adoption metrics to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to facilitate renewals, enhance retention, and improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Spearhead strategic account planning and execution for a designated group of enterprise clients.
• Work in partnership with channel partners to boost reach and drive subscription growth.
• Maintain a 100% Hunter Sales focus.
• Proven experience in selling SaaS or subscription-based cybersecurity solutions, or those related to Microsoft/Active Directory.
• Strong history of driving new ARR, overseeing renewals, and expanding within enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated success in applying Value Selling or similar value-based sales methodologies.
• Experience in digital-first pipeline generation and contemporary SaaS selling techniques.
• Consistently met or surpassed SaaS sales quotas.
• Proficient in both spoken and written German and English.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills suitable for engaging senior executives.
