RVP, Solutions Architect, APJ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand a regional team of Solution Architects, guiding your group to enhance post-sale effectiveness within enterprise accounts.

• Collaborate with Sales, AI Deployment Managers (ADM), Field Engineering, and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) to establish a unified operating model, ensuring smooth transitions from pre-sales assessments to sustained technical success.

• Foster essential executive relationships, directly shaping the technical roadmaps of platform leaders and C-suite executives to facilitate account growth.

• Establish and maintain a high standard for the team, implementing calibration practices to cultivate a premier technical organization.

• Create repeatable frameworks, deployment playbooks, and standardized processes for advanced workflow design and implementation.

• Transform regional field intelligence into structured, actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams to continuously influence the platform's development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams (Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, or post-sale architects) in enterprise software.

• Proficient in driving Go-To-Market strategies in enterprise software (preferably in developer-related tools, infrastructure, AI, or security platforms).

• Demonstrated capability to navigate between complex architectural decisions and long-term, strategic account roadmaps.

• Outstanding communication skills, skilled at maneuvering through high-stakes situations and negotiating technical strategies with C-suite engineering leaders.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating scalable processes and frameworks from the ground up in dynamic environments filled with uncertainty.

• Proven history of attracting and retaining high-quality technical talent at scale without sacrificing excellence.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
