Robotics Field Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site programming, setup, and integration assistance

• Diagnose and resolve issues with robotic systems

• Enhance performance to meet quality standards and cycle time objectives

• Assist with commissioning and validation processes

• Offer remote technical support through phone and email to troubleshoot problems, guide clients, and ensure prompt resolution

• Address customer inquiries and support requests, maintaining clear communication and high standards of service

• Create and modify robot programs

• Implement solutions involving vision, tracking, and safety systems

• Tailor applications to meet customer specifications

• Conduct training sessions for customers and partners

• Record activities in the CRM system

• Generate technical reports

• Monitor project progress

• Collaborate with internal teams

• Facilitate knowledge sharing

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline

• Over 3 years of experience in robotics or industrial automation

• Proficient in robot programming and problem-solving

• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and control systems

• Capability to read and interpret technical documents

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

• Willingness to travel up to 75%
