Risk Management Framework Specialist

📋 Description

• Acts as a cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of information systems.

• Executes a DOD cybersecurity process while either approving an information system or serving as a SME for an information system in the authorization phase.

• Updates senior management on the status or outcomes of an information system that is undergoing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an IT-II security clearance or possess a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).

• A minimum of five (5) years of pertinent experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST A&A.

• Must have experience in DOD cybersecurity.

• Proven experience in evaluating security controls and conducting authorization reviews for large, complex organizations.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity in emerging technology fields, including Cloud and Industrial Control Systems (ICSs), warehouse execution systems, and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructures.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
