This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Ensure compliance standards are upheld for clients
• Perform extensive screening, research, and outcome assessment
• Provide feedback on models to enhance performance
• Recognize and escalate significant BSA/AML risks
• Support the development of documents, policies, and procedures
• Keep records of screening processes and their results
• Handle screening cases efficiently
• Deliver well-structured summaries of investigations and analyses
• Evaluate and manage sensitive information with professionalism
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team as well as independently
• Strong judgment based on documented evidence
• Capability to evaluate AML-related risks
• Suggest process enhancements for improved efficiency
• Identify false positives and genuine matches with minimal oversight
• Organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks under changing deadlines
• Familiarity with current legal and regulatory AML/BSA obligations
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
• Excellent skills in multitasking and prioritization
• Ability to make timely decisions in the face of ambiguous information
• Certified high school diploma or GED required
• U.S. Citizenship is crucial to meet government contract requirements
• Preferred: Certifications in AML, fraud prevention, financial crimes, or related areas
• Minimum of one year of experience in banking, insurance, accounting, fraud, or AML/BSA
