This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and authority in the areas of Fraud, Digital Trust, and Financial Crime.
• Offer expert guidance on strategies for fraud prevention and detection, digital risk management frameworks, industry benchmarks and best practices, as well as compliance and regulatory standards, data governance, and emerging fraud trends and threats.
• Assist in product and research prioritization by providing insights from the market and industry.
• Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and strategic advisory sessions.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
• Analyze business needs and propose practical risk management solutions.
• Present research findings, analyses, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with clients to establish use cases and business objectives.
• Support the development, implementation, and deployment of solutions.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are in alignment with business goals and operational needs.
• Identify data dependencies and communicate these requirements to stakeholders.
• Recognize project risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work alongside Business Analysts and technical teams to design practical and effective solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to business and operations.
• Assess the effectiveness of solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Aid in the optimization of fraud detection and risk management strategies.
• Contribute to enhancement requests and resolution of issues.
• Assist in the development of training for end-users and documentation.
• Support the implementation of Case Management Solutions, Alert Management Solutions, and Rule Management Systems.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and industry research.
• Engage in industry forums, conferences, and professional communities.
• Keep abreast of market trends and emerging technologies in fraud prevention and risk management.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients and internal teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Services, Fraud, Risk Management, AML, or Digital Trust.
• Strong grasp of methodologies related to fraud prevention, detection, and investigation.
• Experience in conducting risk analysis and formulating risk mitigation strategies.
• Customer-facing consulting or advisory experience is essential.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Spanish proficiency is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5–10% as needed.
• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in Financial Services, Fraud, Risk Management, AML, or Digital Trust.
• Preferred professional certifications such as ACFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), ACAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or equivalent industry certifications.
• Preferred experience with data analysis and scripting tools such as SQL, Python, and R.
