Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluates risks associated with business activities and operations.

• Identifies potential areas of loss or damage in both current and proposed business and financial operations.

• Assists in the implementation of organizational processes and programs aimed at mitigating financial risk.

• Coordinates a recurring operational process to ensure that user access entitlements are verified by management.

• Collects essential application entitlement data to facilitate the access attestation process.

• Develops and maintains team process documentation to ensure it remains up-to-date.

• Conducts peer reviews of the team's work and identifies opportunities for enhancement.

• Strives for continuous improvement of the team's processes by automating manual tasks.

• Ensures timely completion of audit requests for evidence related to identity management.

• Collects business and technical requirements from IT and business stakeholders concerning identity and access management.

• Facilitates and leads meetings as necessary.

• Provides guidance to business and technology control and application owners on best practices for access management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Knowledgeable in identity and access management concepts and tools.

• Experience with IAM tools such as Sailpoint or Okta.

• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Must possess a keen attention to detail.

• It would be advantageous to have prior experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Java, or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with h​AD and LDAP is a plus.
