This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Conducts evaluations for the designated panel of PACE programs utilizing CMS returns files along with insights from all Capstone departments' analytics.

• Cultivates and enhances relationships with Capstone clients within the specified assignment panel.

• Collaborates with the Capstone project coordinator to facilitate successful onboarding of new clients.

• Monitors client requirements and suggests supplementary services and/or enhancements to existing offerings.

• Ensures customer satisfaction by promptly and creatively resolving issues.

• Aids clients in navigating and maximizing the utilization of service offerings and reports.

• Provides and/or arranges further training and education for clients (beyond the quarterly review) through webinars as necessary.

• Offers support and collaborates with other Capstone teams concerning the assigned client panel.

• Creates and sustains master schedules for all clients within the assigned client panel.

• Engages in internal collaboration calls related to clients in the designated client panel.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) or risk adjustment.

• Preference for candidates with experience in Risk Adjustment Analytics.

• Familiarity with or experience in Risk-Adjusted contracting or provider groups.

• Understanding of the CMS Medicare revenue cycle within the risk adjustment payment framework.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable with acquiring expertise in new and proprietary software.

• Highly adept in both written and verbal communication.

• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and coordinating work activities efficiently.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrates exceptional initiative and follow-through on projects with minimal supervision or guidance.

• Must possess a keen attention to detail, adhere to instructions, and work independently with minimal oversight while handling highly confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
