Risk Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• As an Account Specialist, you will engage with our ePayment Account to enhance customer satisfaction.

• E-payment empowers users, ranging from emerging startups to Fortune 500 firms, to process payments and fuel their operations.

• Support has always been fundamental to E-payment, and as the company grows internationally, your contributions will ensure top-notch assistance for both new and existing users.

• You will primarily interact with users through various channels including phone, chat, and email.

• E-payment users may present challenging inquiries.

• You should be prepared to dedicate time to provide personalized attention to users, thoroughly investigating their concerns and seeking assistance from your colleagues as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must possess language proficiency at a minimum CEFR C1 level or higher.

• Experience in the Financial, Banking, or Fintech sector is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years in a BPO or contact center setting is required.

• Background in underwriting, performing business cash-flow and credit assessments is essential.

• Familiarity with financial evaluations for consumer or small business lending or credit is expected.

• Must be detail-oriented with the capacity to spot inconsistencies in information from various sources.

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., B2B, B2C, or contact centers) with a focus on multi-channel support (email, phone, chat).

• Willingness to adapt and move between teams to meet changing business requirements.

• Must be open to working rotational shifts, including weekends.
