Rhino 3D Modeling Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily modeling production involving a team of 13-15 artists

• Monitor asset development, priorities, approvals, and deliveries

• Ensure proper file organization, naming conventions, and version control

• Facilitate transitions between modeling, layout, rendering, and downstream teams

• Maintain consistency and quality across all 3D assets

• Assist in identifying production bottlenecks and proactively address workflow challenges

• Provide clear communication with production and creative leadership regarding project status and requirements

• Aid in onboarding and mentoring artists throughout the project

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in supervising or coordinating 3D modeling teams

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

• Demonstrated capacity to manage complex file ecosystems and workflows involving multiple artists

• Proficient in tracking numerous assets and deliverables across various deadlines

• Background in architectural visualization, themed entertainment, VFX, or similar fields

• Strong comprehension of 3D production pipelines and industry best practices

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting

• Experience with Rhino-to-Revit workflows (preferred)

• Knowledge of architectural or construction-based modeling pipelines (preferred)

• Experience in coordinating large environment or masterplan-style projects (preferred)
