RFP Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Craft compelling proposals that drive business expansion and strengthen strategic alliances.

• Collaborate with leaders from Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, Service Operations, Information Technology, and executive teams.

• Oversee high-impact RFx initiatives from initiation to submission.

• Create persuasive, tailored proposal content that emphasizes customer value.

• Utilize cutting-edge proposal technologies, AI-driven writing tools, and knowledge management systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in proposal development, RFx management, or similar roles within healthcare, employee benefits, fintech, or other highly regulated sectors.

• Proficient in using proposal automation tools such as Responsive (RFPIO) or equivalent solutions.

• Knowledge of AI-driven writing and content management tools is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

• APMP Certification is beneficial.
