Revit Modeler / Drafter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, update, and maintain precise 2D and 3D models utilizing Autodesk Revit.

• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.

• Review drawings, markups, and project specifications, translating them into accurate Revit models.

• Revise and enhance existing Revit models based on project specifications and client feedback.

• Ensure models and drawings adhere to project standards, specifications, and timelines.

• Complete assigned modeling and drafting tasks within specified timeframes.

• Coordinate model information and drawings to reduce errors and inconsistencies.

• Identify potential issues or discrepancies in drawings and models, communicating them proactively.

• Organize and maintain Revit files, views, sheets, families, and project documentation.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and other team members.

• Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks based on project deadlines.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy while maintaining an efficient workflow.

• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of assigned projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Revit modeling and drafting.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

• Experience in producing architectural drawings and construction documentation.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations.

• Strong understanding of BIM modeling principles and Revit workflows.

• Ability to work efficiently and consistently meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail without compromising productivity.

• Ability to quickly grasp project requirements and implement revisions accurately.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with US-based architectural, construction, or engineering projects is a plus.

• Experience in architectural, construction, or engineering projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD in addition to Revit.

• Portfolio or examples showcasing previous Revit modeling and drafting work.

• Experience with BIM standards and project-specific modeling requirements.

• Ability to quickly comprehend unfamiliar drawings, models, and project requirements.

• Proven ability to complete modeling and drafting assignments efficiently while ensuring a high level of accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
