Revenue Recovery Associate Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with payors to track outstanding underpayments, submit appeals for underpayments to payors, address account discrepancies, and guarantee the prompt and precise recovery of underpayments.

• Determine the underlying causes of underpayments, denials, and delayed payments to clients.

• Gather and assess data to pinpoint underpayments, analyze trends related to underpayments, and report findings to leadership consistently and in a timely manner.

• Collaborate effectively with various departments, including Managed Care, Billing, Coding, Revenue Integrity, and Payor Strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the hospital or physician insurance sector, or other areas within the revenue cycle, is required.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Professional demeanor.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Capability to adapt to various client host systems.

• Integrity and honesty in all dealings.

• A strong internal motivation to achieve success.

• Familiarity with and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

• Proven advanced usage of AI and experience in managing teams using AI to enhance processes and drive technological advancements.
