Revenue Management Advisor I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients and internal RealPage personnel.

• Evaluate pricing suggestions on behalf of customers to ensure satisfaction and acceptance.

• Address pricing inquiries with site, regional, and asset management teams.

• Advise clients on Revenue Management operational queries, parameter assessments, and adjustments.

• Clearly communicate the advantages of Revenue Management and build trust in its concepts and benefits.

• Manage several projects and utilize Salesforce for tracking and updating project phases.

• Relay technical matters to IT Tech or Support and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Maintain an updated understanding of integrations with each Property Management System.

• Identify ongoing training opportunities to ensure comprehensive customer adoption.

• Prioritize requests for system enhancements and coordinate follow-ups with RealPage or customer product management.

• Offer business-user insights and feedback to the RealPage Product team regarding solution features and functionality.

• Collaborate with RealPage teams to ensure timely implementation and client success.

• Organize regular performance calls and report to management on financial outcomes, Revenue Management adoption trends, leasing speed, and market conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for influencing others.

• Strong project management capabilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities at once.

• Ability to adapt to changes and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% and occasionally work outside regular business hours based on workload.

• Proven ability to proactively identify and address risks.

• Analytical skills and a quick learner when it comes to new systems.

• Preferred: 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or revenue management.

• Preferred: Familiarity with RealPage products or other property management software.
