Revenue Integrity Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct medical and revenue audits to guarantee revenue integrity in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as the policies of external payers and coding standards.

• Utilize analytical and problem-solving abilities to make independent decisions.

• Offer essential analytical and negotiation assistance regarding third-party payer reimbursement agreements.

• Accountable for performing quality control audits to verify data/documentation integrity and for communicating findings and recommendations.

• Gather information and/or create reports and analyses that present the results of data integrity assessments along with suitable recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, management, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing and/or coding is essential.

• Clinical experience is advantageous.

• Coding certification (e.g., CCS, RHIA, RHIT) or relevant experience is preferred.
