Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough quality audits of revenue cycle processes for individual representatives, coders, and supervisors to verify compliance and ensure performance standards are achieved.

• Create and present quality scorecard performance reports to operational leaders, emphasizing trends, successes, and areas that require improvement.

• Discover training opportunities for both new and experienced employees, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and tools for success.

• Assist in the development of SOPs and job aids for on-shore and off-shore teams.

• Identify workflows that are underperforming and formulate mitigation plans to resolve issues and restore optimal performance.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within revenue cycle operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions, encompassing Front End (registration, scheduling, financial clearance), Mid-Cycle (coding and charging), or Back End (billing, follow up, denials, and reimbursement).

• Capability to demonstrate enhanced and sustained performance in revenue cycle KPIs, whether through management or individual contribution.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Epic systems, including reporting and workflow optimization.

• Proven track record of analyzing complex data and converting findings into actionable insights.

• Demonstrated ability to produce process documentation and effectively communicate it to operational resources.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the capacity to influence and mentor others.

• Certification in healthcare revenue cycle (e.g., CRCR, CHFP) is advantageous.

• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment is required.

• Experience with client-facing reporting.

• Background in working with multiple clients or platforms (Epic HB/PB, Coding, AR, Front End).

• Experience in remote coaching.

• Willingness to travel once per quarter to a near-shore location.
