Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Intake and Reimbursement processes within the revenue cycle center.

• Ensure high-quality service and prompt payment for delivered services.

• Manage staff, processes, and productivity in areas including intake, billing, collections, and cash posting.

• Assist the Revenue Cycle Manager in monitoring adherence to policies and procedures as well as conducting designated audits.

• Monitor and assess employee productivity and performance against established goals.

• Train new Revenue Cycle employees while providing ongoing training and skills assessments.

• Offer support to staff regarding daily operations and escalated issues.

• Verify that all paperwork is complete and accurate prior to billing.

• Ensure timely and precise submission of invoices to the appropriate payers.

• Guarantee timely and accurate follow-up activities.

• Develop, coach, and manage staff through orientation, training, objectives, effective communication, and constructive discipline.

• Foster employee morale, motivation, loyalty, and a collaborative team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 1 year of relevant supervisory experience, or 2-5 years in revenue cycle management demonstrating a clear progression.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like SUM, formatting borders, adjusting column widths, creating charts, text wrapping, sorting, using headers and footers, and print scaling.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, including the use of headers, page breaks, page numbers, tables, and adjusting table columns.

• Basic skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide management, navigation, text editing, views, tables, notes, object movement, printing outline view, and creating slide shows.

• Prior experience in Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions is preferred.
