This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, coach, and cultivate the Claims Management Specialist team.
• Set team objectives, performance standards, and professional growth plans.
• Assess productivity, quality, and service metrics.
• Define the strategic vision and priorities for the team.
• Manage revenue cycle performance and focus on high-impact revenue recovery opportunities.
• Convert analytical insights into actionable business strategies and operational initiatives.
• Eliminate execution obstacles and act as the primary escalation point for complex reimbursement and payer concerns.
• Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies across designated client portfolios.
• Track client and organizational KPIs and execute corrective action plans as needed.
• Offer strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Supervise complex claims resolution, denial root-cause analysis, payer trend analysis, workflow analysis, and revenue recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and Service Managers to enhance client financial performance and health.
• Engage in client business reviews and operational performance discussions.
• Provide leadership in BPO revenue cycle performance.
• Create dashboards and performance reports for revenue cycle metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement scalable workflow solutions.
• Work with Technology and Product teams on reporting and automation projects.
• Ensure adherence to payer guidelines, HIPAA, CMS regulations, and organizational policies.
• Assist in audit readiness and quality assurance efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing revenue cycle or accounts receivable teams.
• Extensive knowledge in claims management, denial management, accounts receivable, revenue cycle analytics, payer reimbursement methods, and healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing various stakeholders.
• Background in working with outsourced (BPO) revenue cycle operations is preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-client healthcare organizations is also preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare analytics platforms, BI reporting, and revenue cycle dashboards is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
