Revenue Cycle Auditor, RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver patient-centered, standardized, and compliant revenue cycle support.

• Assist Providence St Joseph Health in achieving its financial goals.

• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle team members to meet specific objectives.

• Identify and address inefficiencies in charge capture and revenue cycle processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing, or

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

• 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care environment.

• 3 years of hands-on experience utilizing EPIC or MEDITECH along with data reporting functions.

• 3 years of experience collaborating with Revenue Cycle team members to achieve specific goals.

• Experience in a high-output, deadline-driven professional setting that demands multi-tasking, adaptability, and self-directed work.

• A solid background in using Epic and other IT systems for documentation, along with experience in pinpointing and resolving inefficiencies in charge capture and revenue cycle processes.

• A proven history of organizing and planning with a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
