Returns & Claims Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Examine, document, and address order discrepancies (such as missing, delayed, or damaged shipments and quantity inconsistencies)

• Process and monitor transportation-related claims and credits

• Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to guarantee timely and precise deliveries

• Communicate efficiently with partners, clients, and internal teams via phone and email in English, with French being an asset

• Maintain precise records of claims and generate relevant reports as required

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent; a College and/or University degree is an asset

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, supply chain, logistics, or data entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience is preferred (Infor M3 is an advantage)

• Fluent in English (both oral and written); ability to speak or write in French is a plus

• Comfortable handling large datasets with a high level of accuracy

• Excellent communication skills and capability to work collaboratively across functions

• Organized, self-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities effectively
