This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer general product information to customers who inquire via phone and email.
• Achieve production targets specified in the training program, including monthly activities, client meetings, and new account creation.
• Clarify and ensure customers comprehend product options for standard inquiries; educate and provide recommendations when suitable for Brokerage Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA).
• Acquire knowledge of all systems and products, including relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Complete training and development initiatives to prepare for licensing.
• Understand financial planning concepts, tools, and compliance obligations.
• Record activities in Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) systems as needed.
• Participate in skill enhancement activities and mentorship aimed at advancing to fully licensed advisor positions.
• Offer operational and administrative assistance to the Advice Center sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• One year of experience in the financial services sector.
• Fundamental understanding of financial products.
• Customer service, interpersonal, and listening abilities to effectively communicate and build trust.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, and 63 (required to be authorized to operate in all states).
• FINRA Series 65 or obtain it within six to twelve months.
• Life and Health licenses (required within 60 days of employment).
