Clinical Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Utilizes foundational, evidence-based knowledge in diabetes management to enhance patient interactions and facilitate successful implementation of Omnipod therapy.

• Provides tailored education and training to both new and existing patients as well as healthcare providers within the designated region.

• Conducts proactive follow-up, clinical consultations, recommendations, and troubleshooting to ensure ongoing device adoption.

• Instructs customers and healthcare professionals on the use of Omnipod data and reporting tools to foster informed clinical discussions and optimize therapy.

• Acts as a clinical retention contact for a specific geographic area, aiding in customer retention initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Active and professional clinical credentials are required, such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or supporting insulin pump patients.

• Direct experience collaborating with healthcare providers in a diabetes care environment.

• Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential is essential.

• Capability to uphold all necessary professional licensure and Omnipod product certifications.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with various audiences through phone and virtual platforms.
