This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Utilize clinical expertise to enhance patient interactions and ensure effective use of Omnipod therapy.
• Provide tailored education and training for both new and existing patients, as well as healthcare providers.
• Offer proactive follow-up, clinical consultation, and troubleshooting to promote ongoing device adoption.
• Instruct customers and healthcare professionals on Omnipod data and reporting tools to improve clinical discussions.
• Implement strategies to bolster customer retention and ensure the continued adoption of Omnipod therapy.
• Conduct proactive outreach to evaluate satisfaction and reinforce the value of the product.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement strategies and workflows.
• Accurately record all customer interactions, outcomes, and subsequent steps in Salesforce.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Active, professional clinical credentials are required, such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or supporting insulin pump patients.
• Direct experience collaborating with healthcare providers in a diabetes care environment.
• Current certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is essential.
• Capability to maintain all necessary professional licensure and Omnipod product certifications.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with varied audiences via phone and virtual platforms.
