Restaurants Services Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Focused on the presales and design aspects of Global Services, which includes Managed Services.

• Responsible for evaluating the various cost components of the solution, ensuring it is both technically viable and profitable for NCRV.

• Accountable for securing all internal approvals prior to submitting the proposal to the customer.

• Leads the development of the customer contract and manages negotiations with customers until the contract is signed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience in a Service Design role, encompassing presales, Managed Service frameworks, and commercial and contract expertise.

• Strong comprehension of Break/Fix, Managed Services, and Networking concepts.

• Experience in designing services across multiple regions.

• Proven track record of collaborating with a network of partners to develop a comprehensive service solution model.

• Demonstrated experience in leading presales initiatives, including service models, response content, commercials, strategies, and negotiations.

• Exceptional ability to convey the business value of Services and persuade customers of that value.

• Experience working on deals involving multiple technology and service layers.

• Capable of delivering a well-defined set of service design documents promptly, presenting a seamless end-to-end service.

• Expertise in pre-sales, with strong qualification of opportunities, while managing sales and customer expectations regarding what NCRV Services can deliver.

• Familiarity with service cost models and creating innovative commercial strategies to achieve a competitive edge.

• Support the creation of new content, including design templates, proposal documentation, and presales presentation materials.

• Comfortable delivering solution presentations to stakeholders.

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, concisely, effectively, and professionally.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
