Responsible AI Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts focused on Responsible AI (RAI) that adhere to fairness and transparency criteria.

• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on AI models and systems.

• Oversee model performance and compliance throughout the AI lifecycle.

• Document and convey test results, any anomalies, and suggestions for improvement.

• Incorporate RAI testing into the broader Quality Assurance (QA) framework.

• Work alongside data scientists to enhance testing methodologies in response to model updates or new RAI policies.

• Set up real-time monitoring and feedback systems to identify performance declines and adjust models accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in QA or testing roles.

• At least 1 year dedicated to AI/ML testing or model validation.

• Knowledge of bias detection, fairness metrics, and AI governance is advantageous.

• QA certifications such as ISTQB are a plus.

• Training in Responsible AI or ethical AI is beneficial.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with QA methodologies and specific testing approaches for AI.

• Strong communication skills to effectively report and escalate findings.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection with a wired setup for remote work.

• Fiber, cable, or DSL internet service is required for remote work.
